1. Send to those who are under permission and subscribed.

2. Complying with electronic messages ordinance. You should provide correct information for the recipents when sending emails, like your Chinese and English company name, address, telephone, email and website. At the same time, you should offer a free option of unsubscribe.

3. Email marketing campaign should not be started before or after holidays. People are not willing to check their mail boxes before holidays. And after holidays, their mail box are full of emails.
