Your account will also be available if your deposit has been run out, and you can login the system to manage your customers at any time, but you have to comply with our using rule firstly. If there is not enough money in your account, the features of creating users and value-adding will be temporarily canceled. But you can add money to the account to reopen the features at any time.

The email may not be 100% sured that it can be received even under the sending permission-based mechanism. There are millions of email servers in the Internet, and every server has its own application to judge whether the email can be sent to the recipient’s mailbox. And the email may be sorted as spam, it just depends on the recipient’s server but not the delivery system.
But there are a number of features to reduce the emails being mistakenly sorted as spam in our system. For example:

• In case that the recipient’s email server mistakenly judges our system sending bulk email, we will avoid sending a number of emails to an email server at the same time.
• We have used many servers to send emails, and most of them are served by the Europe and U.S data center. All the delivery servers have fixed IP address.

The emails being mistakenly sorted as spam will also be reduced if the recipients put the sender’s address into contact list.

Users have saved many contact data in our system, and we have a limitation for this amount of data. The limitation is what we call List Size. Our charge depends on the list size, resellers can enlarge the list size by upgrading the plans.
The sending amount depends on size of the list, and it is as three times as the list size.4：1。
For example, you can save 1000 recipients’ information if the list size is 1000, and the emails count you can send in a month is: 4000,The sending amounts will be reset every month.

We have set up a 7 days refund mechanism for the deposit, the resellers can get the deposit balance back after applying accounts in 7 days, but after 7 days, the deposit balance can’t be returned. Resellers can use the deposit at anytime as our account hasn’t any using time limitation.

Our system is absolutely consistent with HK Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance, because every email that sent by the system will be automatically added in the necessary items of UEMO, like sender’s information, unsubscription.
